2024-2025 School Year Registration will begin 7-01-2024

2023-2024 New Students

All new students must provide the following documents:

Birth Certificate
Immunizations
Proof of Residency
Emergency contact info - Names and phone numbers
Previous School Information - Name and phone number

CIB if Native American
Court Orders if applicable
Official High School Transcript mailed to PO Box 519, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, Att: Registrar

 

 

Forms and documents may be emailed to rvelazquez@grandcanyonschool.org, faxed at 928-638-2045 Att: Registrar, you may also drop them off at the school office, Monday-Thursday from 8am to 4pm.

Middle School & High School students email aflores@grandcanyonschool.org or rvelazquez@grandcanyonschool.org to request a hall locker.
