New Student

All new students must provide the following documents:

Original Birth Certificate
Immunizations
Proof of Residency with your Physical Address- most current documents
Emergency contact info - Names and phone numbers
Previous School Information - Name and phone number

CIB if Native American
Court Orders if applicable
Official High School Transcript mailed to PO Box 519, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, Att: Registrar

Documents may be emailed to records@grandcanyonschool.org, faxed at 928-638-2045 Att: Registrar, you may also drop them off at the school office, Monday-Thursday from 8am to 4pm.

 Returning Student Enrollment

All returning students must turn in the registration form previously provided. 

If you need another copy of it, please let us know.
